In this rewarding role, you will:

  • Manage and own a portfolio of high visibility strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive strategy to action by managing critical tasks, cross functional stakeholder teams, and competing priorities.
  • Implement effective project and program management processes to streamline and accelerate execution.
  • Overcome barriers to maintain momentum and ensure continuous progress.
  • Work effectively across teams and stakeholder to align efforts, secure resources, and drive projects to completion.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategy campaigns and strategy-to-action plans.
  • Report out on initiatives, including progress and risks, to all levels of leadership across the organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's strategic direction and associated action plan.
  • Partner with various departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming, problem solving, and decision making efforts across cross-functional areas of the business and in collaboration with the Leidos Health Sector.
  • Monitor and conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis for innovation initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Create high quality analysis and deliverables that clearly frame objectives, issues, and challenges, and articulate insightful findings and recommendations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

You must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • 10-15 years of experience managing complex projects or programs with federal government clients and military-connected populations in the healthcare industry
  • The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Strongly Preferred: 

  • Project management certification 
  • Clinical experience 
  • Master’s degree

Salary Range: $95,062.69 - $116,187.74 + up to 10% Annual Bonus Eligibility
