TRC Talent Solutions has a temp-to-hire position for an Inside Sales Agent in Richardson, TX! This position is with a leader in debt settlement and financial services.
The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for handling all inbound calls and helping potential customers with debt resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and contact warm leads daily through an outbound dialer system
- Follow the proper selling guidelines while also showing empathy to the client and educating the potential member on the benefits of the debt resolution assistance
- Overcome any objections
- Close the sale within 1-2 calls
- Complete the application, pull credit, and gather necessary documents while also collaborating with the underwriting team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process
- Meet and/or exceed all goals and performance metrics that are implemented
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter attitude
