Customer License Compliance Specialist


Current Need
We are seeking a Customer License Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Position Description

The primary function of this role is to research State and Federal regulations. Assists and provides input in the interpretation of new and changing rules and/or regulations as they relate to customers, products, and vendors.

Ability to communicate with customers that have complex questions about license needs or requirements. Demonstrates fundamental understanding of the law and the ability to interpret customer questions as they relate to the business.

Fundamental understanding of key regulations and legal implications of current work within role.   Demonstrates basic ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve issues
  • Ability to research and interpret basic regulations
  • Completes directed assignments
  • Organizes regulatory information to support the customer license and compliance team
  • Maintain regulatory files and tracking databases
  • Able to communicate with internal and external contacts on routine issues

Minimum Requirements
2+ years of related experience. Desired backgrounds may include healthcare, Medicare, pharmaceuticals, biologics manufacturing, clinical research, or paralegal.

Critical Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a related regulatory field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Some knowledge of regulatory affairs requirements for distributors at the state and federal levels would be beneficial; not required
  • Good decision-making capabilities
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to research and analyze applicable regulations
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or clinical desired


Education
4-year degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$61,000 - $101,600
