RN ICU Full Time Days Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Critical Nurse Educator to join our team and play a vital role in advancing the quality of patient care. This dual-focused role combines clinical education expertise with leadership in quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will educate and empower nursing staff, facilitate best practices, and spearhead quality projects to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
RN ICU FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education/Other Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience: Each candidate’s previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience. One year of telemetry experience preferred. CCRN preferred. CVICU Experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS CPR required. American Heart Association ACLS is required within orientation period for ICU/CCU, SICU, and CVICU. American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire for PCU, CVTELE and Observation.
