The Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) is responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director. 

  • Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company. 
  • Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care. 
  • Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. 
  • Enhances the profitability of the agency and engages with the team to assure the quality of services delivered. 

Education & Experience

  • Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of operation.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care service delivery system setting preferred.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation. Additional State Requirements
