Document Control Specialist - Rocky Mount, NC

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American pharmaceutical company to hire a Batch Records Specialist to work on-site at their Rocky Mount, NC facility.  This specialist manages the printing and assembly of production bath records based on the manufacturing schedule.
 
Title:  Batch Records Specialist
Location:  Rocky Mount, NC
Pay:  $18 – $25 per hour 
Shift:  1 PM – 9 PM

The successful candidate will: 

• Essure accurate and complete document printing for each stage of product processin
• Essure required tickets, labels, sample requests, stability paperwork are included in the packet.
• Communicate with internal customers on list numbers flagged for manufacturing holds

• Diploma with three years’ experience with controlled document management/records management or an associate degree with one year experience
• Thorough knowledge of cGXP
• Proficient in Document, Inventory and Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to load printers, lift paper stock, and ability to perform simple printer troubleshooting tasks

• $18 – $25 per hour
