Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Contracts team in supporting the Survivability Development Programs / Advanced IR Operating Unit and is based in Rolling Meadows, IL. This is a full-time position requiring an ability to work in-office a minimum of 4 days per week. As a member of the Aircraft Survivability (ACS) Business Unit, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for supporting contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide and ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer requirements. You’ll be an embedded member of a large, complex Special Access Program Management Team, supporting program success and new growth opportunities across the portfolio. Responsibilities include: Work closely with the Contract Support Group (CSG) to process a moderate to high volume of awards, modifications and maintain contract data in S/4 system. Developing solutions to both routine and complex contractual matters to ensure company compliance with contract requirements on assigned programs. Assisting management in achieving financial goals related to cash management and sales. Preparing written communications with internal and external customers for assigned contractual matters. Ensuring timely delivery of contractual deliverables and submission of invoices. Support contract administration activities from proposal through shipment and order closeout.
