There are currently five Analyst roles available: Moist Wipes, Fem Care, Adult Care, Diaper, Intimate Care

This role isa critical position to enable and advance theglobal supply chain strategic use of External Manufacturing for Kimberly-Clark’s consumer businesses. The individual builds strategic relationships with key suppliers of finished goods and ensures ongoing cost, quality, service, and sustainability goals are met.  The role also leads and manages highly complexstrategic programs from an end to end supply chain perspective (planning, procurement, 3rd party manufacturing, distribution & logistics, regulatory and quality) through the global base of external manufacturingpartners.  The role works closely with the Segment Value Stream teams, R&E, Procurement & other functional partners to provide project support and guidance for the new product projects and product improvement programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Supply Chain / Operations Management  
  • 7+ years combined experience across R&E, supply chain, and operations
  • Expert project management experience driving complex global projects engaging multiple global internal and external functional teams to successful completion
  • Effective and influential (written and verbal) communication in the English language
  • Must be able and willing to travel 10-20% regionally & internationally without supervision.

Differentiating:

  • PMP certification
  • Master in Operations Management or MBA from accredited university
  • Direct manufacturing or supply chain experience with externally produced finished goods
  • External supplier management
  • Multiple language fluency
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies

SCOPE:

  • Directly manage 5-15 External Manufacturers
  • Spend range $20-$50M annually
  • Product platform focus varies by role, including Reusable Underwear, Personal Care Absorbent Products, Moist Wipes, Tissue, Skin Care, or Dispensers

Other Requirements

  • Regional/International travel up to 20% of time
  • Location:  Flexible Work arrangements with some time spent in a regional office in Roswell, Neenah, Shanghai, or Walton Oaks as aligned with the hiring manager.
