Associate Director of Pre-Product Development

The Associate Director of Pre-Product Development (PPD) is a high-level leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation, improving patient outcomes, and creating significant value for Baxter Healthcare. The Associate Director of PPD will incubate and nurture a diverse pipeline of exploratory projects that have the potential to generate billions in growth, improve the infusion system, and position Baxter as a leader in the industry.
