Are you passionate about enhancing patient care and making a meaningful impact in the medical field? Manpower is seeking a dedicated Quality Program Specialist to champion quality improvement initiatives and elevate standards of care for a regional medical office.

Location: Greater Charleston, WV
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

What is a Quality Program Specialist?
As a Quality Program Specialist, you will be driving force behind our quality improvement activities, ensuring we not only meet but exceed the standards of care for our patients. You'll work collaboratively with our amazing team to monitor and enhance our quality measures, all while ensuring compliance with various regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge Mastery: Stay informed about clinical measures and performance definitions to analyze and report on key health outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with vendors, management, and staff to launch impactful quality improvement projects.
  • Data Stewardship: Lead data collection efforts through staff training and orientation, and conduct reports to provide valuable feedback. 
  • Communication Champion: Document and share the results of quality initiatives with team members, providers, administration, and the quality assurance committee.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong connections with system users through on-site visits, providing tailored training to meet their needs.
  • Consultative Approach: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement innovation solutions that enhance quality and streamline processes.
  • Compliance Advocate: Ensure adherence to all quality indicators and take on the other related tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Active LPN License or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program. 
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Exceptional clinical and computer skills
  • Strong communication and eagerness to problem-solve
