Location: St. Louis City, 63106 (Parking is available and is near Public Transit)
Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary (3-4 weeks)
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Project Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel Binders: Inventory, update, and file personnel binders in a logical and accessible system.
- Agency Documents: Identify important agency documents, inventory them, and file them in an organized system that is easy to maintain.
- Vendor Files: Organize all vendor-related files into a structured system.
- Remote Filing System: Create a system to file remotely processed documents for 60 days and establish a process for purging these files every 60 days.
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills for daily check-ins and weekly progress reporting.
- Agree to authorize a background search and provide references.
