Position Title: Bilingual Customer Service - International Export Accounts

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year

Schedule: office-based Mon-Thurs; remote work every Fri

QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Customer Service-International Accounts Specialist at a company in St. Louis, MO. This position will be responsible for order processing and customer delivery tracking within their international business units, primarily in Asia, the Middle East, and South America. The primary goal is to ensure efficient and effective continuity of supply to achieve on-time delivery (ETD Port Date) from our factory network in Thailand. Responsibilities include weekly processing of requisitions, placing purchase orders, expediting product demands, maintaining up-to-date purchase order information, and researching import shipping document issues. The role requires influencing peers and suppliers productively, being action-oriented, and providing quick and sound resolution to issues. This individual will analyze key performance reports, provide insight into root cause issues, and take appropriate actions to support our international business goals.

Bilingual Customer Service - International Export Accounts Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process international customer orders and generate commercial invoicing documents, ensuring accurate pricing and discounts.
- Input orders based on specific customer requirements and needs.
- Generate factory production orders associated with international customer sales orders for factory direct orders.
- Coordinate with internal replenishment and oversee progress of order completion to expected port availability due date.
- Work with international sales teams on country-specific import and customs documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the replenishment team and suppliers to ensure timely completion of import shipping documentation with order delivery.
- Arrange ocean freight transportation with logistics operations and suppliers.
- Follow up on order completion by port delivery due date and confirm any required pre-payment terms are met by customers.
- Resolve customer issues and recommend process improvements to mitigate/eliminate manual intervention of order processing.
- Ensure new customer accounts and new product offerings are set up in the order processing system for smooth order processing.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings on order status and progress towards meeting expected delivery due dates.
- Handle order changes, including voids and other client requests, and mark orders as "one to watch" if needed for billing purposes.
- Provide consistent and timely communication with internal and external customers regarding accurate processing and tracking of shipments.
- Generate and regularly update the Open International Order Status report, proactively resolving issues to avoid delivery delays.

Bilingual Customer Service - International Export Accounts Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field; international export/import experience preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Ability to deal promptly with various types of international client requirements.
- College degree in a business-related field preferred; knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and/or transportation is a plus.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal relationships with international colleagues.
- Passionate about delivering a positive customer experience balanced with business needs.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and math/statistical knowledge.
- Strong business and professional acumen with the ability to interact directly with international customers.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal management direction.
- Flexibility to work non-office hours to communicate with international team members.
