Our client is seeking a Control Panel Designer to join their team and support development for a variety of regulated industries. This role will be responsible for creating electrical schematics, layouts, and assist with the installation and commissioning of production equipment. Candidates must have experience with AutoCAD Electrical. This is a direct hire role and has hybrid potential.

Pay: 70-85k
Key Responsibilities
- Read, learn, and apply the general and client specific CAD Standards to all drawings.
- Utilize knowledge of CAD software to complete drawings.
- Draft finished designs from engineer’s sketches or from other engineering documentation.
- Visually compare design of component, or other equipment with datasheet of component, matching electrical terminations, etc. for accurate drafting of component.
- After preliminary drafting is completed, print out the drawing sets for quality assurance review following company procedures.
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical Drafting or a related field with five to seven years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical with a good understanding of UL508A, NFPA 70E and NEC code requirements.
- MUST have experience with AutoCAD Electrical
