The Shift Supervisor coordinates the work of ABM Parking Services employees that provide parking management to Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport parking Facilities. 

Pay:  Full-Time, $20 to $24 Hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Shift: Varying Schedules, based on Operational Staffing Needs 

6am to 2:30pm

Essential Duties

  • Promotes positive employer/employee /customer relationships and interactions. 
  • Implements employee training and skill enhancement programs, provides structured employee disciplinary procedures.
  • Interacts directly with the operations manager daily to maintain close communication regarding maintenance and staffing of operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations from property management and ownership.
  • Reports daily to ABM Operations Manager and executive levels of the organization.
  • Interacts with various organizational support elements including administrative, human resources, financial, quality control and safety departments.
  • Be available to share 7-day, 24 hours on-call basis with Operations Manager and to work off shifts when required.
  • Respond effectively to emergency calls on an as needed basis.
  • Will manage a staff of front-line workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Position Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and written. Must have knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service, employee relations and good tenant/customer interaction skills.
  • Proven ability to work with a variety of staff and management.
  • Able to work well in a customer focused team environment.
  • Valid drivers’ license.

Preferred Requirements

  • Three (3) years' experience in the field, prior supervisor experience is preferred.
  • Parking or transportation experience a plus.
