Job Title:Â Senior HVAC Systems Design Engineer
Location:Â St Paul, MN
Salary: 110-150k, depends on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects that include strategic and space planning, consulting, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction oversight.
- Build and sustain client relationships, act as the primary interface with clients, team members, and a wide range of collaborators, both internal and external.
- Support communication between project team, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct life-cycle cost analyses to compare initial costs of project alternatives to operating costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 10+ years of working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline
- 10+ years of experience designing a variety of HVAC systems
- 4+ years proven experience leading and mentoring project teams
- PE preferred, or in process to obtain PE
