About this position:
The Surgical PI Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day performance improvement oversight of the care of the trauma patient across the trauma continuum. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Florida Department of Health performance improvement verification standards. Works in close collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director and all hospitals services which provide service to the trauma patient. Participates in community, state, national, and professional organizations concerned with trauma and emergency nursing.

What you will bring:
- Current Florida RN licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Five (5) years trauma nursing experience to include one year pediatric experience is required.
- Specialty certification: TCRN, CEN, or PCEN preferred (required within 2 years of employment)
Salary Range: Minimum 40.95 per hour - Maximum 63.46 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
