Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a collaborative and comprehensive health care team
  • 100% of patients will have an Optum/WellMed primary care provider
  • Our model is designed to provide the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient – physically, mentally, and socially
  • Patients are predominantly geriatric with Medicare Advantage coverage

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
