JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Controller and Assistant Controller in ensuring the accurate and effective operation of the accounting function. Responsible for various accounting and clerical functions, including special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Processes expense reports and invoices
Assists with preparation and input of Journal Entries.
Inputs and submits weekly and monthly packages.
Performs internal contract compliance/pricing audits
Sets up new vendors and completes the change of vendors in the system as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of Accounting

Skills

Strong 10-key and data entry, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, basic math skills.
Experience with the AS400/Infinium systems a plus.
