Position: Optical Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)
Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Starting Pay: $17.05/hr (with potential for production bonuses!
Job Description
What You'll Do:
As an Optical Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an integral role in our production team. Based on department needs, your duties may include tasks such as:
- Bench/Mounters: Inserting lenses into frames, edging, beveling, tinting, and ensuring lenses meet correct power, axis, and prism standards.
- Inspection: Checking frames and lenses for cosmetic and optical defects using ANSI standards.
- Surface: Handling lens surface processes like taping, blocking, generating, coating, and polishing.
- AR Department: Operating the AR Coating Machine, sorting and inspecting lenses, and ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Have a willingness to learn and grow (no specific education or experience required, though optical or manufacturing experience is a plus).
- Can read and write English proficiently.
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
