Model Risk Management Operations Specialist

As a dedicated Model Risk Management Operations Specialist, you will partner with cross-functional teams, in the application of process engineering principles to design and/or optimize business processes and their overall performance. Responsible for consistently driving the Business Process Management (BPM) strategy within a CoSA or across the Enterprise. Implements process improvement projects that sustainably improve member and employee experiences and business results. Identifies and leads existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensures risks associated with business activities are optimally identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
