We are looking for driven and enthusiastic team members who are passionate about making an impact on the military community through the USAA mission. Our Digital Technical Product Management Interns, work under direct supervision and following risk and compliance procedures and guidance, perform routine work assignments and problem resolution to support other team members, including the following tasks: Empathize with and deeply understand the unique needs of end-users to determine the fastest path to deliver value. Translate business goals and end-user needs into a clear product vision, communicating direction and priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners. Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value; continually make recommendations and refine the product backlog based on findings. Monitor research and the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class. Ensure that product directions balance user needs and business goals of driving new products, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Work with design partners to formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of product plans.
