WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking individuals looking to expand and enhance their experience and knowledge of the IT industry.   Candidates will be responsible for the support of computer, telecommunications and Point of Sale hardware and software.  Some experience is preferred.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Perform daily system status checks on UPS, servers, firewalls, switches, etc. and report any issues to MIS Leadership and/or appropriate support group.
• Assist in the administration of a Windows 10 environment.
• Insure all incoming phone calls are handled in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer, telephone, POS and other hardware.
• Install hardware and software on Windows PCs.
• Utilize Service Desk software to log, track and close all IT service requests.
• Document, track and monitor all IT service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in the administration of phone and voice mail systems.
• Assist with the support of Ready Credit Kiosks.
• Follow department and company standard operating procedures and policies.
• Other duties as assigned by MIS Leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of 30+ hours per week on a year long basis
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to learn and support new hardware and software applications.
• Must be capable of lifting and carrying 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of common operating systems and software preferred.
• Some College Preferred.
