About the Role:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily tasks, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Pay Rate: $24.50/hour
Available Shift Times:
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
- Sunday - Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
- Friday-Tuesday, 8am – 4:30pm with OT schedule @ 7am-5:30pm
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
- Sunday - Thursday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
- Friday-Tuesday, 8pm – 4:30am with OT schedule @ 8pm-6:30am
- Oversee and direct the activities of a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance productivity.
- Train and develop warehouse associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Collaborate with management to optimize warehouse operations and achieve productivity goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of associates.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
