Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a Staff Electronics Engineer - Operational Configuration Control (OCC) Technical Liaison position to join our Avionics Integration organization. This position will be located in San Diego, CA. The selected candidate will be working on complex data center and communication systems and will be leveraging their technical expertise in various technical review boards as it pertains to these systems. The selected candidate will be working directly with leadership to lead a variety of disciplines and interfacing with both NG & customer stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technical review gate prior to Configuration Change Board (CCB) Ensure thorough technical CCB package generation and provide technical oversight (expertise to RE’s) Deliver presentations and technical packages to customers, management, and program stakeholders Action Item management Approved modification implementation management Measuring and reporting of modification performance Change agent for change Implementation process & culture Work with responsible engineers & customer community, both technical & leadership Produce, review, and coordinate technical change documentation Champion and defend priorities for resolution of deficiencies through Technical and Software Review Boards Review and develop technical publication material The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility. There is no remote / hybrid / telework available for this position. This position requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
