Summary:
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

Required Licenses
Registered Nurse
CPR: Med/Surg and Critical Care Flexible Staff Team RNs within 30 days of hire
Current RN license in NC (or compact state): Med/Surg and Critical Care Flexible Staff RNs
BLS is required within 30 days of hire
ACLS is required within 90 days of hire
PALS within 120 days of hire, Critical Care Flexible Staff Team RNs ONLY
