- Responsible for technical and economic construction management activities to meet design and construction requirements.
- After the completion of construction, responsible for maintenance of the building and performing management work, such as building repairs and the extended or modified structure of the building, if required.

- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives and oversee development and achievement of them across the organization.
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Develop architectural plans and associated projects in all stages: setting materials, finishes, techniques, methodologies, analyzing data and information, and developing technical financial feasibility studies.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
- More than 2 years construction or engineering experience               Â
- Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel) and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related area
- More than 2 years construction or engineering experience in industrial field in the US
- Experience with industrial construction on owner side.
- Experience with industrial building maintenance on owner side.
- State approved license preferred.
- Excellent capabilities are required to proceed with the construction of the building and the maintenance of the building after completion of construction.
