Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Savannah, GA (with occasional travel to California)

Position Type: Full-time, Flexible Hours (Overtime after 45 hours per week)

Pay Scale: 75-85K per year (Open to negotiation depending on experience)


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours based on the executive’s schedule, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with at least 3-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, manage emails, and ensure follow-up on important tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Anticipate the executive’s needs and act proactively to ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to VP or Director level, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Must be able to work flexible hours based on the executive’s schedule.
    • Willingness to travel to California as needed.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must have a high level of professionalism and the ability to interact with senior-level executives and external partners.
