- Botox injection for chronic migraine, cervical epidural steroid injection, facet joint injections
- RFA's preferred, medical branch blocks, other B&B pain procedures would be great but not required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
