Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Stamping Shop Process Management
Plant construction and Preparation for new model production
Stamping Shop Process Management
- Review purchase specifications for new die maintenance equipment and installation, including transportation and customs clearance
- Check panel problems and schedule press die modifications
- Identify and address root causes of panel problems, and establish countermeasures
- Manage the purchase and maintenance of press die tooling
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety training for employees
- Manage VIP responses and oversee factory clean inspections

- Review and manage the progress of stamping shop construction
- Perform production preparation tasks for new model launches
- Oversee, inspect, and manage the progress of new model projects
- Analyze production and quality data at the start of production, identify and address issues, stabilize processes, and document results
- Provide consultation on press die design and specifications
