Concessions Supervisor, Scottsdale Stadium

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal part-time Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service during the 2025 Spring Training Season.

This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 23rd through March 22nd with typical shift availability needed from 9 am - 5 pm. Example: 9 am start time for a 1 pm game with gates opening at 11 am.

What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training 
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work Spring Training event/game days
• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler's card.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally 
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
