Smaller patient panel. Max patient panel threshold of 500 per physician. Interdisciplinary team. Includes nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator. Support for patients. We take pride in the support we provide our physicians: Compensation – salary starting at $320k, based on years of experience. Up to $250k recruitment incentives. Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sum. Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds.
