Neurology Physician - Seattle, WA

Optum WA, (formerly The Polyclinic) is seeking a Neurology Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

The Polyclinic is one of the largest multispecialty physician led groups in the Seattle area and home to the top specialists in the area.  You will join a tenured and well-respected team of three Neurologists. You will be surrounded by a dedicated support team of MA’s, nurses, and clinic administrators, allowing you to focus on your clinic practice.

Required Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $300,000 to $500,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
