Role Overview
As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll engage with prospective members, educate them on available services, and guide them to join a program offering no-cost support during their cancer journey. Reporting to the Enrollment Specialist Manager, this role involves making 80-100 daily outbound calls, identifying member needs, and collaborating with a care team to ensure comprehensive support.
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience: 2+ years in a healthcare setting such as call centers, patient-facing roles, or related fields.

- Tech-savvy: Proficient with tools like Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health records.
- Remote work readiness: Quiet, secure work environment and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
- Complete three weeks of virtual training to master systems and processes.
- Make 80-100 daily calls to inform members of services and secure enrollments.
- Build trust-based relationships through active listening and empathy.
- Conduct enrollment surveys, obtain member consent, and escalate urgent needs.
- Apply coaching feedback to meet quality and productivity goals.
Additional Information
- Full-time, non-exempt position at $24.03/hour.
- Work hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST, with up to 2 holiday shifts annually (compensated at 1.5x rate).
- Location: Must reside in the continental U.S. due to compliance requirements.
