Overview:

$17 / hour

This is an entry-level, hourly, seasonal position with our HR team starting as early as January 27, 2025.

 

Support the HR department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with associate onboarding, maintaining employment records, and facilitating smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with all onboarding steps, including completion of background screens and E-Verify documents, administering drug screens, answering employment-related questions, and distribution of uniforms, IDs, and nametags.
  • Gather, enter, and process statistical information for various reports.
  • Process employment paperwork for accuracy and enter data into appropriate systems.
  • Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate, federal, and state requirements.
  • Maintain various applicant files and confidentiality of all paperwork and information in Human Resources.
  • Maintain the inventory, organization, and cleanliness of park-issued wardrobe.
  • Work on specialized projects in areas such as training and employee engagement/relations, as assigned.
  • Professionally answer all incomining calls and emails promptly and courteously.

  • Willing to learn and utilize HR-related software - UKG, Dayforce quickly.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing office environment.
