Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR 

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $20.25 per hour.

Shift Needed: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

We are looking for Manufacturing Clerk within the FaucetsDivision. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where wespecialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products,including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.  

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  

• Assists operations leaders with coordination of candidates and new hires to ensure a gracious experience.
• Assist operations with various clerical work including filing, data entry and communication of activities.
  
• Support operations team with submitting and processing of work orders and requisitions for our contingent labor.
• Provide excellent customer service as a first point of contact for visitors and associates to our lobby.
• Liase and assist other functional teams on campus, such as EHS, Quality and HR.

Key Qualifications  

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 
  
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 
  
• Must be at least 18 years old. 
  
  

Preferred Qualifications  

• High school diploma required; Associate degree or HR certification preferred.
  
• Previous experience doing high volume clerical work in a manufacturing facility preferred
  
• Experience with Fieldglass preferred.
  
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  
• Must be a team player, have computer proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a customer focus while handling a high-volume workload.

Supervisory Relationships:

• Reports to Manufacturing Manager, Arkansas Operations
  

Organization Relationships:

• Frequent contact with all levels of management across the campus 
  
• Frequent contact with associates and candidates
  
• Periodic contact with corporate support teams
  
• Occasional contact with other administrative departments
