Production Lead 

Location: Onsite -Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: $23.75-$28.75 per hour for Production Lead roles for our Plastics plant, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shift Needed: Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-6am

                       Week 2: Work Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-6am

We are looking for a Production Lead for our Plastic Plant. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Train, direct, coach and lead the production team in the day-to-day operations alongside the Production Supervisor
  • Frequently monitor the production floor by interacting with each associate on shift and reviewing their area for any safety, quality, and production concerns.
  • At times, fills-in for absent employees to help maintain production schedule
  • Requires a working knowledge of both ordinary equipment and common materials used in the production process.

Key Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) leadership experience and 4+ years manufacturing experience
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as required for assembly of units and components
