Production Lead

Location: Onsite -Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: $23.75-$28.75 per hour for Production Lead roles for our Plastics plant, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shift Needed: Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-6am

Week 2: Work Wednesday, Thursday 6pm-6am

We are looking for a Production Lead for our Plastic Plant. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Train, direct, coach and lead the production team in the day-to-day operations alongside the Production Supervisor
Frequently monitor the production floor by interacting with each associate on shift and reviewing their area for any safety, quality, and production concerns.
At times, fills-in for absent employees to help maintain production schedule
Requires a working knowledge of both ordinary equipment and common materials used in the production process.

Key Qualifications

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year(s) leadership experience and 4+ years manufacturing experience
Lift up to 50 pounds as required for assembly of units and components

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weights.
