Location: Onsite - Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour for Assembly Operator roles in our Faucet, Distribution, and Plastics plants, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.  

Shift Needed: Weekends - Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm for 1st shift and 5pm-5am for 2nd shift Weekday Monday-Thursday 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm 2nd shift 4:30pm-3am

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Faucets Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 


  • Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. 

  • Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas. 

  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code  

  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping dock staging area  

  • Marks materials with identifying information. 


  • Opens bales, crates, and other containers. 

  • Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed  

  • Weighs or counts items for distribution 

  • Arranges stock parts in specified sequence. 

  • Uses computer to enter records 

  • Drives vehicles to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.  

  •  Prepares parcels for shipping.

Key Qualifications 

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
