Competitive Compensation: Startingat $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.  Â
Shifts Needed:
- 1st shift, 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-ThursdayÂ
- 2nd shift, 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday-Thursday

We are looking for Operator I in our Organics department withinthe Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location,where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroomproducts, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Â
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Â
- Performing all duties associated within the department Â
- Following instructions and communicating effectively Â
- Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Â
- Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas. Â
- Loading wash baskets for washer.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.  - Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.   Â

Key Qualifications Â
- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.Â
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.Â
- Must be at least 18 years old.Â
Preferred Qualifications Â
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent. Â
