Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $22.00-28.75 per hour for Mold Setter in our plastic plant, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift. Â
Shift Needed:Â Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-6am
            Week 2: Work Wednesday, Thursday, 6pm-6am

We are looking for a Mold Setter for our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities:
- Positioning and Securing Molds: Place and secure molds on the machine bed using hand tools and a Hoist (training will be available for forklift and hoist
- Adjusting Machinery: adjust the parameters to coordinate the flow of materials and coolant to the molds.
- Monitoring Processes of 25 machines and controlling the flow of materials
- Interpreting Blueprints: Ensure machinery is set up according to blueprints and specifications.
- Â Safety Compliance: Follow safety standards and procedures, including OSHA regulations.

Key Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.Â
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.Â
- Must be at least 18 years old.Â
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintain and clean out mold tooling using dry ice along with other cleaning supplies as required.
- Mechanical Skills: Understanding of how machines and their parts work.
- Dexterity: Efficient manual dexterity to handle tools and molds
- Computer Skills: Ability to use programmable devices, computers, and robots on the factory floor
- Â Attention to Detail: Ensuring products are produced accurately and within set time constraints
