Competitive Compensation: Starting at $34.75-$40.50Â per hour for Maintenance III, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts. Â
Shift Needed:Â Based on your availability, the shift can be any of the following:
- 2/2/3 Rotating Shifts, Days or Nights:
- 5:48am - 6:12pm
- 5:48pm - 6:12am
- 5:48am - 6:12pm
- Possible 5-Day Option:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (this time can be modified based on your availability)Â

We are looking for a Maintenance III Technician for our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Â

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Â
High level technical expertise on various injection molding machine platforms.Â
Troubleshoot Plastic Injection Machines and equipment, install new or repaired parts as required.Â
Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Performs planned PMs and schedules work as a result from PM. Â
Plastics processing knowledge.Â
Must be able to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics, structural blueprintsÂ
High level of understanding plastics facilities equipment, towers, chillers compressors etc.Â
Troubleshoot/Repair Robotic/Automation equipment, part pickers and other related equipment.Â
PLC knowledge, troubleshooting and repair. Â
Skilled with all basic hand tools, electrical meters etc.Â
Fabrication and welding.Â

Key Qualifications Â
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.Â
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Â
Must be at least 18 years old.Â

 Preferred Qualifications
Experience:Â
Minimum of 7 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Â
At least 3 years of industrial electrical experience.Â
Skills:Â
Strong judgment skills to plan and perform complex tasks to meet customer requirements.Â
Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.Â
Knowledge of electrical building codes.Â
