Semi-Local Truck Driver

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.  

• Cent per mile rate: $0.50 - $0.54
• Live Stop pay: $22.00 per stop
• Drop/hook pay:  $22.00 per stop
• Outsource work:  $275-$400 per day.  $100 flat rate for a half day
• 6th day incentive:  $100 flat rate in addition to activity based pay  
• Detention pay: $18 per hour
• Safety training: $18 per hour 
• New hire training period: $200 per day.
• Holiday pay: $140.00 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $73,000 
• Frequent home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
