QA Technician

Job Title: QA Technician 

Location: South Shore, KY

Pay Range: $20/hour

Manpower in Ashland,KY is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a client in the tristate area.

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of product and assembly quality inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards
 Any potential candidate must be able to:

• Perform internal quality plans to ensure ISO 9001 compliance,
•  Record and analyze statistical data to validate or show deviations from existing standards
•  Provide root cause analysis on non-conformance investigations and assisting in regulatory and customer audits.
• Prepare certificate of analysis for customer orders,
• Maintain testing and analysis equipment

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Computer operational skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD and Oracle ERP
• Strong Analytical, interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards Quality Management Systems
• Ability to read and understand Blueprints or Technical Drawing, ISO and Industry associated standards and test instructions
• Requires: 2 years of manufacturing quality assurance experience in refractory operation.
