Basic Qualifications:
Â
• Must be 18 years of age or older  Â
• 1-2 years cleaning lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Must have at least 2 years of cleaning experience
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR for vehicle record check
• Must speak, read, and write fluently in English

Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed feedback to management regarding performance of the work
- Identify, document, and communicate areas of improvement or opportunities for additional work.
- Communicate with both direct staff as well as subcontracted staff to complete janitorial scope of work.
- Work with Project Manager and Asst. Project Manager to develop work plans to provide services in a timely, cost-effective manner and ensure contract provisions are met
- Respond to client inquiries on behalf of management; discuss and resolve with customer pending complaints/feedback
- Inform Project Manager of status of work; identify potential issues and recommend appropriate action
- Keeps Project Manager informed of business issues impacting effectiveness of project; promptly escalates serious issues to Project Manager or Asst. Project ManagerÂ
- Report accidents and property damage in an accurate and timely manner.
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsÂ
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authoritiesÂ
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucksÂ
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegeesÂ
- Wash and replace blinds
- Gather and empty trashÂ
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasksÂ
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areasÂ
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
