KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol the Park for policy violations and safety issues.
- Officer in-charge for screening and parking lot.
- Train and provide guidance to security associates in accordance with park policy.
- Maintain communication with Security Supervisors.
- Provide support during high priority/major incidents.
- Works with Law Enforcement to provide a safe environment for park guest.
- Write detailed reports of incidents that occur on park property.
- Any other responsibilities, projects, or tasks as assigned by the Security Supervisor, Managerial Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor or Public Safety Manager.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Directly Reports to Security Supervisors.
SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Team-building skills with the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with large teams and interfacing with all levels of management
- Available to work a variety of hours or shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- Level 2 Security License in-hand issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety
