What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is seeking an Innovation and Transformation Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will play a key role supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This individual will:

  • Create meeting agendas and presentations, facilitate client meetings, and document and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and notes

  • Identify and proactively address client needs by presenting potential solutions to challenges or issues

  • Develop high-quality presentations which effectively communicate key objectives and facilitate discussion across multiple stakeholders

  • Manage stakeholder engagement, feedback, decisions, project risks, and mitigation strategies

  • Leverage human-centered design experience through discovery, design, implementation and evaluation phases

  • Collect data through various mechanisms including interviews, work groups, and surveys

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data

  • Co-facilitate interviews, work groups, and other meetings in an effort to generate consensus around process or program matters

  • Develop current state and future state process analysis

  • Develop executive presentations with future state recommendations

  • Develop, manage, and maintain professional and collaborative ongoing relationships with stakeholders representative of a diverse community


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • SIX (6) or more years of consulting and/or advisory experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading transformational projects, initiatives and/or workshops

  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling, client ready PPT presentations with minimal oversight

  • Proven track record of developing teams

  • Existing TSA Public trust and/or Top Secret clearance

  • Experience supporting the aviation and/or transportation security sector customers

  • Certifications in Project Management, Facilitation or Change Management
