Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Banquet Steward position is to provide Heart of House support to the Banquet department’s banquet aisle areas including maintenance of equipment and utensils to ensure clean and orderly condition.

Work Performed:

The Banquet Steward will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Clean and maintain banquet supplies to include chaffers, China, silverware, glassware, and utensils.

Organize and clean back of the house storage rooms.

Transport dirty china and silverware to dishwasher during banquet events, including between floors

Assist Banquet Captain during events with transporting food from kitchen to banquet rooms.

All other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
