- FP, IMs, or med-ped welcomed
- Hospitalists handle inpatients and admissions
- Non-traditional hours Monday - Friday: 10 am - 6 pm, 11 am to 7 pm, or 12 - 8 pm; 1:10 phone call
- IMs see 16 to 20 patients while FPs see 18 to 22 patients daily
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
- Starting salary is $230K for newly trained FMs and $245K for IMs, more for experienced physicians
- 2-year guaranteed salary and bonus potential leads to a very lucrative income
