What you will do:
- Setting, developing, and analyzing standard costs of manufactured goods
- Collects and analyzes data for operational costs
- Recommends changes to the company's processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit
- Understands organizational accounting concepts
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
- Prepares annual budgets, ongoing forecasts and conducting variance analysis to show how the budget and/or rolling forecast compares against actual performance
- Reviews monthly expenses and provides variance explanations
What we need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in accounting and/or finance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
