JOB REQUIREMENTS
* A valid cosmetology or barber license
* Management experience preferred with 5+ years experience behind the chair
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Industry passion
* Lead & develop a team; coaching and giving praise towards goals and acievements
* Participate in team meetings; adhere to Sport Clips goals and standards
* Some entry level computer skills
* Ability to be adaptable
