- $0.39-0.50 per mile
- Detention pay per hour: $22 - $27
- Drop and hook per stop: $32
- Live load/unload per stop: $58
- Hazmat per load: $25
- Refrigerated per load: $30
- Border crossing per load: $28
- Crosstown per load: $15
- Driver assist per load: $15
- Empty move per load: $20 - $30
- Empty search per hour: $22
- Equipment cleaning per hour: $10
- Mechanical breakdown per hour: $22
- Rail delay per hour: $22
- Refused delivery per stop: $32
- Truck order not used: $20
- Waiting on truck per hour: $22
- Yard checks per hour: $22
- Safety training pay per hour: $20
- Holiday pay per day: average daily wage
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $75,000
- Daily home time
